The Role

WorkWeek is scaling fast, and we are looking for a Sales Consultant who is driven by closing deals, thrives on outbound selling, and loves turning conversations into revenue. If you live for targets, momentum, and the satisfaction of converting doubt into interest, this role is built for you. This is a high-impact sales role focused on outbound prospecting, qualification, and helping deals move through the funnel quickly and effectively so we can build predictable revenue over time.

What You Will Do

  • Generate and manage your own outbound prospecting lists
  • Run high-intent email, call, and LinkedIn outreach to our ideal customer profiles
  • Own early-stage qualification so only strong opportunities enter the pipeline
  • Run confident, structured cold calls at meaningful volume
  • Turn resistance into curiosity through strong objection-handling
  • Keep control of the conversation and always drive to the next step (meeting, demo, or follow-up)
  • Represent WorkWeek at client meetings, site visits, and events
  • Be a friendly, confident face of WorkWeek who can turn interactions into new leads and booked meetings

Who You Are

We do not expect a perfectly finished salesperson. We can train skills. What we cannot teach is drive, stamina, and tenacity. It is helpful (but not all mandatory) if you:

  • Have some experience using a CRM (Attio or similar) and basic sales tools
  • Are fearless with outreach and comfortable cold calling and meeting strangers
  • Enjoy high outbound activity and can sustain volume over time — you have grit
  • Have strong communication and writing skills, and can simplify complex ideas
  • Are naturally target-driven, competitive in a healthy way, and motivated by results

Qualifications and Experience

(Guideline, not checklist)

  • Approximately 1-3 years in outbound sales, SDR or BDR roles, junior AE roles, or similar commercial positions
  • Evidence of booking qualified meetings and driving top-of-funnel activity would be nice
  • Any exposure to B2B, SaaS, tech, or operational software is a plus, not a hard requirement
